RESPONSIBILITIES

Material Sourcing – Senior Officer / Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Experience for Sourcing of Interior part, including Price Negotiation
  • Actively Report / Feedback to Manager
  • New Supplier develop, Audit, Price egotiation, Contract,
  • Capacity Booking, Market Analysis, Cost Analysis etc…
  • Discussion with IT for ERP system setting
  • Set up the Equipment Procurement Process
  • Flexible to meet the new mission from Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Familiar with relevant automobile production, logistics management supply chain management and team management knowledge;
  • More than 4-8 years of automotive

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals within the automotive manufacturing sector.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to drive exceptional results and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clientsensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and engineering, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and innovation.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting performance and proposing actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or account management within the EV automotive industry (China’s Electrical Vehicle Industry).
  • Strong understanding of the automotive industry, including market trends, customer needs.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in demanding situations.
  • Good communication of English both written and spoken, Chinese speaking is preferred.

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for daily audit to find essential hazards and correct those hazards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conducting risk assessments to identify potential hazards and risks in the workplace or specific processes and activities including evaluating the likelihood and severity of accidents or incidents
  • Performing regular safety inspections of facilities, equipment, and work areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations and ISO45001/ISO14001
  • Designing and implementing safety programs, policies, and procedures to promote a safe working environment and prevent accidents
  • Investigating workplace accidents and incidents to determine the root causes and contributing factors for creating preventive action and improvement follow up
  • Providing safety training and education to employees, supervisors, and management to raise awareness about potential hazards and safe work practices
  • Ensuring that the organization complies with relevant safety regulations, codes, and standards set by local requirements, and federal authorities, and ISO45001/ISO14001  and continuously implement
  • Developing emergency response plans and procedures to handle potential emergencies and accidents effectively
  • Analyzing safety data and statistics to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for enhancing safety performance
  • Reviewing and evaluating the safety features and specifications of machinery, equipment, and systems before their implementation.
  • Develop and Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs and make necessary improvements to enhance safety performance
  • Leading safety activities such as safety committee meetings, internal audits, workplace monitoring, annual health check, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • More than 5 year of safety specialist or fire control work experience.
  • Skilled in safety audit or hazards inspection.
  • Know local safety law well, such as fire control,electricity,equipment,chemicals and industrial injury.
  • Open personality and strong sense of responsibility.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Degree and safety major or more than 5 year of safety management experience.

CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Certifications/licenses as may be required by local or state jurisdictions.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Strong sense of responsibility.
Ability to effectively present information.

OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES
Uses personal computer and / or PDA for work order system, email, ESS and training.
Basic skills with Microsoft Office .

Job Responsibilities:   

Costing and inventory

  • Responsible for processing daily costing operation.
  • Control stock movement of raw material, work in process and finished good.
  • Participate in physical counts of inventory.
  • Responsible for standard costing, cost allocation, cost analysis and calculation.
  • Responsible for month end close, coordinate with outside departments and within the department to meet month-end scheduled closing period.
  • Monthly inventories reconcile.
  • Analysis variance between standard cost and actual cost comparison.
  • Participate in cost calculation and new product cost.
  • Prepare product costing and Manufacturing cost statement.
  • Prepare procedure of costing and inventory process (Standard Operating Procedures).
  • Coordination with internal and external auditors.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Fixed assets

  • Responsible for processing daily fixed assets operation e.g., record fixed asset transaction, review fixed asset depreciation calculation, fixed asset disposal, control physical of fixed asset.
  • Create and maintain fixed assets master data.
  • Participate in physical counts of fixed asset.
  • Review fixed asset impairment provision and obsolete stock.
  • Responsible for month end close, coordinate with outside departments and within the department to meet month-end scheduled closing period.
  • Monthly Fixed assets reconcile.
  • Prepare procedure of fixed assets process (Standard Operating Procedures).
  • Prepare fixed assets movement report to auditor.
  • Monitor BOI requirement to ensure comply with BOI regulation on monthly basis.
  • Coordination with internal and external auditors and BOI.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting.
  • At least 7 years of experience in related field plus at least 5 years in manager level.
  • Strong knowledge in accounting standard, taxation and BOI regulation.
  • Knowledge of SAP. SAP implementation is preferable.
  • Experience in automotive industry
  • Good command in English. Chinese is advantage.
  • Excellent organization skills with high attention to details.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel.

Job Qualifications:

  • Professional background in IT project management.
  • Practical experience in organizing and motivating large cross-functional and cross-vendor teams, controlling different interests between teams and stakeholders.
  • Over 3 years in IT field especially in project management, business analyst.
  • Has experiences in related areas (SAP, Automotive, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, HR).
  • Our main internal communication is English. So, you should be able and willing to communicate in English. Chinese is an advantage.
  • Has a can-do attitude and growth mindset.
